I’m not really sure what I’m getting myself into right now, but there’s something that I really want to get off my chest. For quite a long time I have been struggling with this thing called fat. No more sugarcoating – so ironic – for me. Here’s the thing: I desperately need to lose some weight, you guys. There, I said it.
Don’t get me wrong, it’s not that I consider myself being Fat Amy or something, but the truth of the matter is that I’m not feeling very comfortable having an extra chin and all of that. So, last Monday I decided to just DO IT. I’ve dramatically changed my unhealty lifestyle into a healthy one by doing the following: I stopped eating carbs (in rolls, potatoes and pasta) and I ditched my favorite ingredient of all times: sugar. I even started making my money count by actually going to the gym instead of ineffectively paying for my membership.
For about 4 weeks I will be sharing all of my weight loss experiences with you, to hopefully inspire somebody (only if it’s just 1 person) to become a healthier you. I will frequently post photos of meals, workouts and motivational quotes on Instagram to share this journey with you. I will even – wait for it – share the answer to the most personal question you should never ask a woman.
