I’ts June already honeys and therefore: time to get our bellies flat! Last week I spotted an amazing event on Facebook, created by Robyn Gardner, called the ‘30 Day Abs Challenge’ (for those who need some motivation, like me). It starts today and you can still join to get that flawless bikini body you’ve always dreamed of (together with 2,4 million others who already signed up)!
Here’s the deal: It will be hard, but the outcome will be so worth it! On the calendar below, you will find 4 different exercises you have to complete. For those of you who’ve never heard of crunches, planks, leg raises or sit ups I will share videos on how to do these right below the calendar!
